Five bellota packets, two cebo de campo

Two ways of raising pigs in one box, and the whole LOLO range in 80 g packets.

The five bellota packets are pata negra ham, paleta and lomo, plus a chorizo and a salchichón. Their pigs, a 100% Iberico breed, finish fattening during the montanera, foraging for acorns in the dehesa of Salamanca. The two cebo de campo packets, ham and paleta, come from 50% crossbred pigs raised in the open, on a mostly cereal diet. To go further, look at our bellota cuts or the cebo de campo ones.

Seven cuts, from long-cured ham to pimentón chorizo

Big cuts cured for years, and charcuterie seasoned then dried.

For the hams, the bellota one is aged for 44 to 48 months, the cebo de campo one over 36, and both are hand-carved. The paletas need 32 to 36 months on the bellota side and over 28 on the cebo de campo side, then they go through the slicer. The lomo is rubbed with pimentón, garlic and oregano, then dries for over 3 months in the open air of a natural drying room. The chorizo leans on sweet pimentón and garlic, warming without burning, and waits just as long. The salchichón goes without pimentón and gets the same drying time. Can I add a personal note to the card?

Yes, if you want to. There's a field for it right here and another one in your cart, 200 characters at most. We write your card by hand, then tuck it into the box with the seven packets.

Does the price show in the parcel?

No. The person who opens the hamper finds no receipt and no amount.

How do I send this hamper straight to someone else?

When you check out, give that person's address for delivery. We ship within 48 h, with your card already tucked in the box. For Christmas, order by 14 December.

Can I order the hamper a few weeks before giving it?

Yes. Vacuum-packed and sealed, the seven packets can wait in a cool, dry place, box included.

How many people does the ¡Alegría! hamper feed?

It serves 7 to 9 people at drinks, at 60 to 80 g per person. For four or five guests, ¡Vamos! and ¡Buena Onda! hold four packets.

Where the pigs in the ¡Alegría! hamper come from

They all grow up with our partner farmer in the province of Salamanca. The bellota pigs come from pure Iberico lines. They spend the montanera roaming free in the dehesa, where they feed on acorns.

The cebo de campo pig is born to a 100% Iberico mother and a Duroc father. It lives outdoors all year round, with access to the fields, and eats mostly grain, barley and wheat, with a few almonds and some sunflower seeds.
