WARRANTY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the User has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
To initiate a return, the User must contact our customer service via hola@lolojamon.com, indicating:

The order number,

The affected product(s),

Their preference (exchange, store credit, or refund).
All returns must be previously authorized by our customer service.
Return conditions

Products must be new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Returns of food products whose packaging has been opened will not be accepted.

Items from special promotions or loyalty programs cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In case of a partial return affecting an offer with a gift, the gift must also be returned.

It is not necessary to attach any documents in the package.
Return costs

Return costs are borne by the User, both for shipments from France and from Spain.

We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.

⚠️ Without proof of shipment or tracking, LOLO Jamón will not be able to handle claims related to unreceived returns.
Responsibility for the returned package
The User is responsible for the package until its receipt by LOLO Jamón.
Return processing
Once the returned product is received, LOLO Jamón will inspect its condition. The User will be notified by email about the acceptance or rejection of the return:

In case of acceptance, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used within 10 business days.

If the return has not been previously communicated by email, a store credit will be automatically issued.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
We recommend the User to check their order as soon as they receive it.
In case of a damaged, defective product, or a shipping error, please contact us immediately at hola@lolojamon.com, attaching a photo if possible.
In these specific cases:

LOLO Jamón will cover the return and new shipping costs.

A full refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the product.

LOLO Jamón commits to responding within a maximum of 48 business hours.
