The secret of our 100% Iberian Bellota Chorizo lies in our purebred Iberian pigs. Fed on wheat, barley and sunflower seeds during their early months, they are then released into the vast Salamanca dehesas. From September to January, the dehesa soil is covered with acorns and wild fruits. Our pigs walk more than 10 km per day in search of these treasures, infusing their meat with the aromas of the dehesa. Cured for more than 4 months in natural drying rooms, this 100% Iberian Bellota Chorizo delivers a truly distinctive tasting experience.
